To start your stay as convenient as possible right from the 1st minute, here a few brief information:

Adapter

Adapters are available from the reception. All sockets are equipped with 230V/50Hz.

Allergic

Please inform us in case of allergies or food intolerances. We are happy to provide you with allergy-free bed linen as weil as correspondingly coordinated meals upon timely registration.

Arrival

Your room is ready from 16.30 p.m. An early arrival is possible upon request.

Bar

Our bar staff is available for you 24h around the clock. For the „tiny appetite “, small snacks can be selected from the Bistro-Menu at the Bar.

Bathrobes & Slippers for the Sauna

We have noticed an increase in thefts recently. To ensure that your time-out bag is filled again, we kindly ask you to collect your bathrobe and slippers at reception for a wellness deposit of € 35.00 per coat. When departing, return the Bathrobe at reception to cancel the wellness deposit. You will find towels in the sauna.

Blankets

Additional wool blankets or duvets are available on request.

Breakfast

Unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet steht Ihnen Montag bis Sonntag von 7:00 bis 10:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Sollten Sie uns zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt verlassen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Ihnen wird dann ein individuelles Frühstück serviert. Bei einer Unverträglichkeit bitten wir um kurze Info, wir gehen sehr gerne auf alle Wünsche ein. Sie können gerne auch eine Lunchbox für den Tag mitnehmen. Kosten € 16,00. Bestellung bitte am Abend vorher bei den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption.

Cigarettes

A cigarette machine is located in the basement next to the lift. Smoking in the hotel is not allowed. Ashtrays are available outdoors, e.g. available on our terrace or your balcony / terrace.

Cots

Cots can be provided for babies and small children from 0-4 years upon request, subject to an extra charge of € 15,00. Please ask at the reception.

Departure

You are required to check out by 11:00 a.m. ff you wish to check out Jater, please inform the reception . For a cleaning fee of € 25,00 you can occupy the room until 14. 00 clock upon availability. You can store your luggage at our reception.

Do not disturb

Please hang the designated sign on the outside of the door, if the room is not yet to be cleaned, or you do not want to be disturbed. Alternatively, you have the option to waive the cleaning service. Please let us know at the reception.

Electric Connection

The power supply force is 230V AC.

Please inform the reception immediately or call the emergency number 110 or 911

Emergency Exits

The emergency exits and escape routes are marked everywhere. Please take note of the escape route on your room door.

Environmental protection

Of course, we also think about protecting our environment for descendants. You can also contribute to this with US.
• If you want to do without a daily room cleaning, we ask you to inform us at the reception.
• Think of a conscious use of electricity and water
• Please deposit waste in the trash cans
• When smoking outside please use the ashtrays for tipping

Extra room wishes

Pillow menu (various sizes and fillings), such as spelled, down and cherry stone, allergy pillows. We are happy to receive your requests at the reception. Extra blanket / daily change of bed linen on request. All movable room facilities or accessories can be purchased. Please contact the reception.

F&B invoice

You can pay cash at any time for your drinks at the hotel bar. Alternatively, we gladly book the consumption on your room bill if it is signed by you and supplemented with your room number.

Fire

Firing or lighting candles is strictly prohibited in the rooms.

Fire Escape Route

You will find your shortest fire escape route on the information sheet on the back of the room door. The fire exits are sufficiently marked in the hallways. On each floor is a well-designated fire extinguisher. Please do not use the elevator/lift in case of fire!

First Aid

You can find a first aid sortiment at the reception. We are not allowed to hand out any medicine.

Flowers

The receptionists are happy to accept orders from you.

Are you still looking for a suitable gift? Then give away special experiences! For further information or order requests our reception team is at your disposal.

Guest complaints

For complaints, please contact our reception staff. Of course, your request will be processed as quickly as possible and, if necessary, a message will be sent to you. Otherwise, a repair list and questionnaires are always available in our information folder for any issue.

Please contact our reception team we will gladly inform you about hairdressers in proximity.

Upon request, common toiletries can be provided at the reception, such as: Toothbrushes with toothpaste, disposable razor, sanitary care products, shower gel.

Internet terminal

You can use our PC with free internet access and printing function in the hallway located on the 1st floor.

Laundry Service

Please hand in your laundry in the provided laundry bag with the completed list at the reception. The fees can also be found in this list. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. (Delivery before 9.00 am, return on the same day except weekend)

Liability

Up to a compensation limit of € 850,00, we assume liability for valuables that are properly deposited in the safe.

Lift / Elevator

There is a lift/elevator available. lt is located to the left of the reception.

lnvoice

Extras will be added to your invoice which can also be paid on the evening before departure. Please sign your room slips with indication of your room number. Complaints can unfortunately not be accepted at a later stage.

Lost Property

We store lost items for six months. Should you have forgotten something, please call us and we will take care of it.

lroning

We will gladly provide you with an iron and ironing board – please ask at the Rezeption.

Luggage-service

Secure luggage storage is provided for guests of the hotel. We are happy to bring your luggage to your room, if this is not yet available.

Lunch bag

For a fee of € 16,00 you will receive a packed lunch if you order by 1 0 p.m. the day before at the reception.

Maps

Maps of the area can be obtained free of charge at the reception.

Minibar

A small selection of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are available in your room for a small fee. Please take a note of the withdrawals on the minibar block and bring the receipt to the reception on departure. Open bottles are allowed to be charged.

Newspaper

You will find newspapers in the lobby or in the breakfast room at your disposal.

Notifications

Notifications will be delivered to your room.

Outside blinds

Our rooms are equipped with outside blinds, please use them to darken your room.

Parking & Charging

There is a car park next to the hotel which can be used free of charge. The fee for usage of the basement garage is € 10,00 per day. Loading your e-car will be charged with additional € 10,00 per day.

Pets

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the house. Designated assistance, companion or therapy animals are excluded.

Pharmacy & Doctors

Please contact the reception. We are happy to help you find the nearest emergency pharmacy or ambulance. Due to Jaw we are forbidden to supply pharmaceutical products of any nature.

Our reception is available 24h for your concerns, questions, wishes and suggestions.

Room Cleaning

The room is generally cleaned between 08:30 am and 15:00 pm. Upon your wish please hang the „Please clean the room” or the „Do not disturb” sign on the outside door handle.

Safe

There’s a safe in your room. For valuables over € 500,00 please deposit in our main safe at the reception (Monday to Friday 7.00 till 15.00h).

Sauna

Relax in our sauna area with a Finnish and a bio sauna. The access is in the basement. Please give us 30 min to heat the sauna – please don’t take any glassware into the wellness area. Soft sauna towels are for free use in our sauna. Please throw them in the designated container in the sauna area after use.

Please contact the reception.

Sewing Service

If you need something sewed, we can take care of it for you, or you will find a sewing kit in each room.

Shoe Cleaning Machine

A cleaning machine is located in the basement next to the public toilets. Utensils for polishing your shoes are available in your room.

Smoking

We are an absolutely non-smoking-hotel. Please use the ashtrays set up outside when smoking! In case of infringement, a separate cleaning fee of € 50.00 will be charged, for heavily soiled rooms in the amount of a daily updated room rate.

Soccer

You are welcome to follow the current soccer league matches and other interesting sport events in our hotel bar.

Stamps & mail

You can get stamps & envelopes if needed at the reception, and also drop off your mail.

Taxi / Shuttles

The receptionists are happy to accept your reservations and wishes. We suggest to pre order latest the evening before. For large exhibitions we also offer our Arcus-Shuttle. The departure times can be found in the available lists at the reception. Per ride/person € 20,00.

Television / Radio

All rooms are equipped with Sat-TV and Radio. You can find the list of TV and Radio Channels next to your remote control.

Theater, Concerts, Musicals

Please contact our reception team. We will gladly assist you with your booking.
